market position in many categories such as: Garuda for peanut, Okky for jelly
and beverages, Gery for biscuits, Leo for snacks, Mountea for tea-based drink,
and also Chocolatos for premium wafer stick. Currently we are expanding our
business with a joint venture company Suntory with name Suntory Garuda Beverage

Responsibilities:
- Manage
implementation of Performance Management System.
- Manage
implementation of Employee Promotion & Movement.
- Review HR system
& implementation.
- Organization
Development (Structure, Roles & KPI).
- HO Training
& Event management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must
possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or
Psychology.
- Have experience
in similar position as Talent Management, People Development, or
Equivalent for at least 3 years of working.
- Mastering all
about performance analysis, organizational management & development,
talent management.
- Fluent in
english both oral & written.
- Good
communication skill
- Placement in
Tangerang, Lampung dan Makassar
